Seeder "Siva Optima" 4.2 No-Till Technology

Description

Taking into account the wishes of farmers, many years of operating experience, the company "Capitalpromresurs" LLC updated and modernized the Siva Nova planter for sowing according to classic, No-Till and Mini-Till technologies.

Innovation:

- enlarged holes in the bunkers for more convenient filling of seed and fertilizers;

- stepless variator for smoother regulation of seed sowing;

- an additional overrunning clutch on the drive shaft for convenient adjustment of the sowing rate with a key, without jacking up the wheels.

- high-quality Turkish-made sowing devices made of strong plastic to avoid corrosion and chemical reactions;

- covering the seeding device with a convenient flap (you can close any, cover through one);

- the hopper for small-seeded crops is built-in, it can be switched easily and simply on sowing devices;

- telescopic plastic seed pipes instead of rubber ones, which will not be penetrated by harvest residues;

- all sprockets of the well-known Dunlop company, which guarantee reliability and a long service life;

- an automatic chain tensioner is installed, now there is no need to constantly monitor the chain tension;

- the hopper is equipped with transparent viewing windows to control the level of seeds and fertilizers;

- increased rate of seed and fertilizer sowing;

- also, a lot of improvements were made to improve the technical and operational characteristics of the seeder.

Advantages:

1. Selection of the necessary row spacing in the range of 170-245 mm;

2. For the most efficient passage of harvest residues between coulters, the first and second rows of 450 mm working bodies;

3. Universal use of the seeder - the possibility of sowing all types of winter, spring, leguminous, small-seeded crops;

4. Two variators are installed: for sowing fertilizers and sowing seeds;

5. The possibility of working with No-Till, classic and Mini-Till technologies - the module with turbodiscs is separated;
